The Neural Tube Closure Physiological Map is constructed through the curation of literature evidence and pathway resources. The current version under development is an update of the work of Heusinkveld et al 2021. A Physiological Map is a type of Disease Map focused on the underlying undisturbed physiological processes. This work is performed in close collaboration with domain experts. This map is being developed to study chemical-induced neural tube closure defects in the ONTOX project.
