Marek Ostaszewski is a senior researcher at the Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine, University of Luxembourg. His work focuses on systems-biology approaches to human disease, molecular network construction and analysis, visual exploration of biomedical knowledge and data, and translational applications in neurodegenerative and chronic immune disorders.

Dr. Sebastian Lobentanzer is a Principal Investigator at Helmholtz Munich, a Helmholtz AI Young Investigator, and head of the Computational Biology Unit at the German Center for Diabetes Research. His research focuses on reliable automation of scientific work, biomedical knowledge graphs, large language models, agentic AI, and the governance and evaluation of AI systems for science.

Olaf Wolkenhauer is Professor at the University of Rostock. His research focuses on systems biology and on uncertainty in the analysis and interpretation of life-science data, with particular emphasis on mathematical and computational approaches to biological and medical systems.

Keynote: From Maps to Decisions - Disease Maps as Mechanistic Infrastructure for Precision Medicine
Dr.-Ing. Markus Wolfien is Group Lead for Data Science & Bioinformatics and Deputy Head of the Chair for Medical Informatics at the Institute for Medical Informatics and Biometry, TU Dresden. His work spans translational systems medicine, biomedical data science, multi-omics, AI-based methods, interoperable clinical data infrastructures, and mechanistic disease modeling for precision medicine and clinical decision support.
